The heartfelt, bittersweet, slow burn romance Six Times We Almost Kissed, will make you turn the page until the one time they do. This novel by Tess Sharpe follows Penny and Tate,whose mother’s have been best friends for as long as they can remember. The girls must put their differences aside and live together when Penny’s mom decides to become a liver donor for Tate’s mother. The time they spent together as their mother recovered brought up memories of the six times they had almost kissed, and the one time they did.

This novel is a light and fun romantic read. There Two childhood best friends reunite because of a promise they made when they were younger: go to prom together. The catch? One is an international K-pop superstar,Robbie, while the other,Elena, remains a high school student who feels like a side character in her own life. Elena originally had no plan or interest in prom, but when Robbie re-appears in her life through her front doorstop, things take a turn as their feelings do also.
