After over a year of online learning, the epitome of happiness is finally here for us all to enjoy. Here’s a list of several low-budget and COVID-safe summer activities to get your vacation off to an amazing start!

MINI GOLF - check out High Trek Mini Golf in Everett or the Snohomish Valley Golf Center for a fun and cheap summer activity!
DRIVE-IN MOVIE - we all miss catching a late-night movie with friends at AMC. So why not drive down to Bremerton’s Rodeo Drive-in Theatre for a retro cinema experience?
BLUEBERRY PICKING - it’s that time of year… head on over to a blueberry farm to pick and enjoy fresh blueberries with family and friends! Check out Blueberry Blossom Farm in Snohomish or Mountainview Blueberry Farm (a branch of Stocker Farms)!
BIKE RIDE - let the summer breeze sink into your bones while cruising along with the sunset!
BEACH/LAKE DAY - spend the day at Martha Lake, Golden Gardens Park, or Alki Beach with friends and family
BONFIRE - grab a couple of friends and some marshmallows, and head on over to Mukilteo Beach for a beautiful sunset and summer bonfire!
THRIFTING - head to your favorite Goodwill, Value Village, or vintage thrift shop for cheap + trendy fashion finds
TENT SLEEPOVER - set up a small tent in your backyard, invite some friends and order a couple of pizzas;) and have the time of your life!
ROAD TRIP - now this one’s for you upperclassmen… hop on a road trip with friends to Lake Chelan or Leavenworth!
ICE CREAM - Baskin Robbins or Cold Stone? Guess we’ll never know... Cool off in the summer heat with an icy treat!
HIKING - who doesn’t love an amazing view of nature at the peak of a mountain? Head on over to Lake 22 or Wallace Falls State Park this summer for a challenging yet rewarding hike.
PAINT - looking to revamp your wardrobe or bedroom? Grab some paint from the nearby craft store and paint some fun designs on jeans, shoes, records, posters, etc. (inspo can be found on Pinterest)
PICNIC - grab your favorite picnic mat + charcuterie board, or even just a few subs and head to a park :)
SEATTLE DAY - spend a day as a tourist in downtown Seattle! Visit Pike Place Market, Gas Works Park, and the Seattle Great Wheel. You won’t believe how many hidden food gems there are in Seattle (hint hint...dochi :p)
